Over Twenty-five Years of Legal Experience

Gary earned his law degree in 1997, graduating in the top 2% of his class. He began his career at a law firm in Oklahoma, where he represented clients in civil litigation before both state and federal courts. Gary also gained valuable experience as a law clerk for a Federal Judge.

From 2002 to 2017, he served as in-house counsel for a major corporation. Since 2017, Gary has focused his practice on Federal employment law, representing organizations like the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Army Reserve, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Over the years, Gary has refined his legal expertise to better serve his clients. With well over 30 years of combined government and military service, Gary has a deep understanding of how the government works and the unique challenges facing the federal workforce.

Twenty-eight Years of Military Service

Gary LevineGary has a deep connection to the military, having enlisted in the Army at the age of 17. After serving four years on active duty, he left the Army to pursue his college education.

While in college, Gary served in the Oklahoma National Guard and was the battalion commander of his ROTC unit. He graduated with the highest honors in 1989. Following college, Gary returned to active duty in the Army, serving as a Field Artillery officer for another three years.

After leaving the Army in 1992, following the first Gulf War, he attended law school, graduating with highest honors in 1997. In the wake of 9/11, Gary rejoined the Army Reserve as a Judge Advocate and continued to serve, ultimately retiring in 2021 after a total of 28 years of military service.
